HEBER SPRINGS HOUSING AUTHORITY

The Heber Springs Housing Authority provides affordable housing opportunities for residents in the Heber Springs community. Our goal is to offer safe and well maintained housing that supports individuals and families who qualify for public housing programs.

We work to maintain housing communities that are welcoming and secure while providing reliable housing services for residents. Our housing programs help families, elderly residents, and individuals with disabilities access quality housing that meets federal public housing standards.

Public Housing

Public housing provides affordable rental housing for eligible residents under guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Residents generally pay rent equal to approximately 30 percent of their household’s monthly income, adjusted according to HUD regulations, or the required minimum rent. Income limits and rent calculations may change yearly, so residents should contact the office for current information.

Park Circle includes housing designed for elderly residents and individuals with disabilities. These units are located directly behind the main office on East Spring Street in Heber Springs.

Van Buren Circle

Van Buren Circle provides family housing units designed to support individuals and families living in the Heber Springs community.

WEST SEARCY/ WEST MAIN STREET

West Searcy/West Main Street

West Searcy & West Main Street include family housing units that offer affordable housing options for residents in the area.
